After a long pause due to a lack of spare time (and, in some cases, interest), I’m starting to work on some of my open-source Docker projects again. One of those projects is my SMTP relay, which is still quite popular (over 11M downloads!).

First, I fixed the broken GitHub release workflow that had been broken for a long time, and updated the base Alpine image to its latest version, addressing some outstanding security bugs. I also went through the open issues and PRs to see what was still current or could be closed.

For now, I don’t have any new features planned to add, but I will continue to maintain the project with any bugs that may arise and maintain the base image up to date.
